Retention

You control whether check run text is stored and for how long.

Store text

In workspace settings you can turn off storage of run text. When disabled, input and output are not saved; only metadata (score, deviations, signals, context, date) is kept. This reduces stored content while preserving history for reporting.

Retention days

Set a retention period from 0 to 365 days. Runs older than this are deleted or anonymized by a daily cleanup job. If you set 0, runs are not retained beyond the immediate response (subject to your "store text" setting).

Default

New workspaces default to store_text true and retention_days 30. Only workspace admins can change these settings.
