1. Acceptance and service
By using StylBot you agree to these terms. StylBot is a company writing alignment tool. You are responsible for your use of the service and for the content you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Your obligations and content
You must use the service in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not infringe third-party rights. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Service “as is” and availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the retention settings you configure.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StylBot and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if no payment was made, one hundred US dollars (USD 100)). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StylBot and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you submit; (c) your breach of these terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
6. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. General
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or plan terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and StylBot regarding the service. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that or any other term.
