How it works
1. Add your best writing
Create a workspace and add 3–10 samples of writing you like (the kind you want everyone to match). Paste text or upload files (txt, md, docx, pdf). You can also add simple rules, like “Use contractions in internal emails” or “No exclamation marks.”
2. StylBot learns your style
Click Generate baseline. StylBot reads your examples and builds a style guide from them: your tone, the words and phrases you use, how you structure sentences, and your do’s and don’ts. You’ll see progress as it works.
3. Check new writing
Paste any draft (up to 10,000 characters), pick a context (e.g. client email, internal note, marketing), and run a check. You get a rewritten version that matches your style, a match score (0–100), and a short list of what to fix. You can also view a side-by-side comparison and more detail.
